Shipping and Handling
Shipping charges are automatically
calculated in the shopping cart. For custom gifts and large volume orders,
shipping charges will vary. As part of the customization process, we will
inform you of exact shipping charges.
We do our best to package and ship our
chocolate gifts to avoid damage . If there is a problem with
your order due to improper handling, please contact the carrier first. If
they do not resolve the problem, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Orders are processed within 24 hours.
Delivery time is typically within 4 business days for orders shipped via
Priority Mail and 7 to 10 business days for orders shipped via UPS. We
will ship via overnight or 2nd day upon request. The extra charges for
rush delivery will be added to your order. If you

Deliveries can be made to the
United States only
Many products are shipped
directly from the factory. Orders of multiple items may be shipped separately
in partial shipments.
Our products can be delivered
using Over night, Two Day, Next Day or Saturday Delivery service. These
services have an additional charge from the carrier and are passed
on to the customer.
UPS assesses a $10.00 fee for
each incorrect delivery address. Any changes to address information
order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge to your credit card. All
addresses MUST be complete with the correct name, company name, street number,
apartment/room/suite number, building number, floor number, city, state and zip.
UPS cannot change an address in mid route, but can once the first attempt at
delivery has been made.
Once an order has been shipped
it cannot be cancelled unless there is a problem with that order.
Orders being sent to Alaska and
Hawaii are available for an additional $10.00 and must be shipped 2nd Day Air.
We are unable to process orders
for delivery to P.O. Boxes, FPOs or APO s.
For residential deliveries, if
the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may
leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return or
attempt delivery the next day. This is up to the discretion of the driver.
For business deliveries, if the
business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be re-attempted
the next business day.
Hospital & Hotel deliveries
Please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital or hotel before
scheduling the delivery. Verify hospital and hotel shipping & receiving hours of
operation prior to shipping. We advise that you call on the expected date of
delivery and make sure that your recipient receives the gift.
